A bigger sample. In blue are latin words that (at my eyes) need more or less explanations for precise meaning. In green are quotations of Bible. As I already mentioned, and as one can see at first glance, these last occupy a good percentage of text.

The Bible rerefences have a format of my own :

1. a little malta cross
2. a three alphanum character code for the book
3. the chapter in downcase roman numeral
4. the verse or range of verses in arabic digits

The code for books follows English; e.g. Sng is for "Song of songs". I found this normalization necessary since in Corpus Thomisticum there are variations in abbreviations of a given book. I use it also for other texts for which there are ambiguities; e.g. Eccl. may refer to "Liber Ecclesiastes" (Ecclesiastes, or the Preacher) as well as to "Liber Ecclesiasticus" (The Wisdom of Jesus the son of Sirach, apocryphal in English bibles). For me the first is Ecc and the second Eci.
